Elia villa
Εlia Villa, is a two- flat building, consisted with 2 bedrooms, private garden, private swimming pool, and private parking area, mostly preferred by families. Situated at the picturesque village of Angeliana in Rethymnon, our property offers to our guests an ideal starting point to explore our island’s beauties.
Our villa is at a 4km distance to the beautiful beaches of Geropotamos and Malli Ryaki, and about 20km far from the famous Balli beach.
Our villa is a spacious detached maisonette of 96 sq.m. It has a private swimming pool of 18 sq.m. that operates from April to October, a functional and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtub and a large veranda on the first floor, overlooking the near landscape.
On the outside of the villa, there is a large courtyard where you can enjoy your coffee, as well as a garden with lawn and toys for your children. The pool area surrounds a terrace our guests can relax at the sun loungers.
Elia Villa has all the necessary appliances, such as: toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer, microwave and ironing facilities. It also has appliances such as: dishwasher, washing machine, electric kitchenette and each room has its own TV and air-condition.
Upon arrival at Elia Villa you will be welcomed with raki and Cretan dishes, so it’s important to inform us about your estimated arrival time.
We offer souvenirs with olive oil and raki to all of our guests when checking out.
During your stay, you can taste authentic Cretan recipes by choosing from a variety of menus that we have carefully formed for our guests, based on Cretan olive oil.
There is free access to all of the property spaces. Swimming pool is available over specific hours during the day, and it’s not allowed to use it during the night.
In our villa you will feel like your home and at the same time you will enjoy the Cretan hospitality.
